The island of Bonaire lies just 12° North of the Equator.  At this low latitude, the period of daylight is a generous 11-12 hours.  And on the Equator and in the low latitudes, you will find the fastest sunrises and sunsets on Earth (blink, and you’ll miss the sunset here on Bonaire).
